Use your agent

1. Open the right-side panel and click Agent Builder. A dropdown menu opens.
2. Click Create Agent and select your desired Agent.
3. Click Select. A new chat window opens using your Agent.

Share your agent

If you have the correct permissions, you can share your agent with your department and manage edit permissions.

1. Open the right-side panel and click Agent Builder. A dropdown menu opens.
2. Click Create Agent and select your desired Agent.
3. Click the share icon at the bottom of the menu.

4. Search for people or groups by name or email.
5. Edit the access permission of the selected people or groups.
   • Viewer can view and use the agent, but cannot modify it. This is the default access permission.
   • Advanced Viewer can use the agent and view all configuration details, but cannot modify it.
6. Click Save Changes.

Share your agent using links

You can share your agent by generating a link and sharing that link with others. You may also generate multiple links for the same agent with different access permissions for each link. 

1. Open the right-side panel and click Agent Builder. A dropdown menu opens.
2. Click Create Agent and select your desired agent.
3. Click the share icon at the bottom of the dropdown menu. A pop-up window opens. 
4. Select the access permission for each link.
   • Viewer can view and use the agent, but cannot modify it. This is the default access permission. 
   • Advanced Viewer can use the agent and view all configuration details, but cannot modify it.
5. Click Generate link. A link for your agent is generated with the access permission you selected.
6. Click the copy icon to copy the link.
7. Click Save Changes. 

Share your agent by URL

1. Open the right-side panel and click Agent Builder. A dropdown menu opens.
2. Click Create Agent and select your desired agent.
3. Click the share icon at the bottom of the dropdown menu. A pop-up window opens.
4. Click the paperclip icon at the bottom left corner of the window. The agent UR is copied to your clipboard. 

The share button is only available to users who have Agent sharing permissions. If you would like to share your agent but are unable to do so, please contact us.
